The Worker Power Pathway Director joins EBASE at an exciting time as the organization is scaling up organizing and coalition-building to win campaigns that create a Thriving East Bay. The Worker Power Pathway Director is principally responsible for leading EBASE in the development and execution of campaign and organizing strategies that advance our Worker Power Pathway goals—currently, the Worker Power Table and the Black Worker Organizing Committee.

The Human Resources & Workplace Coordinator is the lead for all HR functions and supports internal operations at EBASE and East Bay Action. The role centers on legal HR functions, administrative and office coordination, and event support. This includes managing recruitment, onboarding, employee support, payroll and benefits administration, and office functionality across two locations. The Coordinator ensures that HR systems are legally compliant, culturally sustaining, and aligned with EBASE’s racial justice values and union environment.

Salary + Benefits: $78,000 – $85,000, as well as a generous benefits package including fully covered health, vision, and dental insurance; 401(k) matching; generous PTO and holidays; and more.
