Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development will drive a comprehensive fundraising strategy to sustain and grow EBASE’s $3.4 million annual budget through diversified funding streams. This role requires a collaborative leader with a strong development background who can cultivate relationships, expand funding opportunities, and enhance EBASE’s fundraising culture and infrastructure.
Salary + Benefits: $100,000-$110,000, as well as a generous benefits package including fully covered health, vision, and dental insurance; 401(k) matching; generous PTO and holidays; and more.

The Worker Power Pathway Director is principally responsible for leading the development and execution of campaign and organizing strategies that advance our Worker Power Pathway goals. Current priorities include the Black Worker Organizing Committee which is developing the leadership and power of Black workers across industries in the East Bay, and cultivating campaigns among worker centers and unions to increase organizing, improve job quality, bolster worker power, and shift resources from corporations to workers.
