As a child who immigrated to the US after witnessing the 1986 People Power Movement in the Philippines, it instilled a great understanding of what it means to organize and to speak truth to power. Noelle’s unofficial title is “The Resource for the Humans of EBASE.” Her experience in organizational administration helps cultivate a welcoming and hospitable work environment. Her passion for community building puts the priority on creating and strengthening collaborations between internal and external partners. EBASE has allowed her to practice this with intention.

In her free time, Noelle enjoys cooking, photography, gardening, and camping with her family.
