If you fall into one of the following categories, Concord’s Rent Stabilization Ordinance does not protect your tenancy: Single-family homes (where only one rental unit exists on the property) Condominiums Properties built after February 1, 1995 Dorm rooms Mobile homes in mobile home parks Hotel rooms and short-term rentals, if you stayed in the unit for less than 30 days Hospitals, medical facilities, non-profit senior homes, and other facilities where people receive care Rental units where a government agency or authority fully owns, operates and manages Units owned by a government agency where State or federal or administrative regulation
