In support of its mission, EBASE seeks an organized and collaborative Development Manager to lead and coordinate EBASE’s fundraising projects to grow the organization’s mission. The Development Manager will coordinate EBASE’s grassroots fundraising efforts, manage EBASE’s foundation fundraising, and collaborate with all staff to engage grassroots individual donors and event sponsors towards cultivating the organizational fundraising culture. The ideal candidate will be committed to economic and racial justice and have experience in foundation fundraising. S/he/they will have strong project management and communications skills. The Development Manager role is shared with East Bay Action, a separate 501(c4).

In support of its mission, EBASE seeks a motivated, creative, and highly relational Communications Manager responsible for marketing, media, and online strategies. The Communications Manager will develop compelling narratives and implement earned media and digital strategies to help move organizing and advocacy campaigns forward. The ideal candidate will be committed to economic and racial justice and have demonstrated experience using social media platforms, strategies, and digital organizing tools to influence decision-makers, reach community, and shape the public discourse.

FAITH ROOTED ORGANIZER- Contra Costa County
The Faith-Rooted Organizer will work with the Director of the FAME Initiative and EBASE Contra Costa campaign staff to engage and organize faith leaders and communities in support of Contra Costa campaigns. The Faith-Rooted Organizer will support EBASE’s campaigns and projects for tenant protections, immigrant rights, workers’ rights and economic and racial justice by building committees of faith leaders; collaborating with unions, workers and community groups; and helping develop and execute faith-rooted strategies and tactics. The Faith-Rooted Organizer is led by the Director of the FAME Initiative and is a full-time position.
