The Deputy Director of Campaigns is principally responsible for supporting campaign strategy development; coordinating across campaigns to ensure effective use of EBASE strategies and resources; and supervising and developing the skills of campaign staff and teams. In partnership with the Executive Director and Associate Director, the Deputy Director of Campaigns supports organizational planning towards a transformational vision, translating EBASE’s long term vision into concrete and effective campaigns, and supporting fundraising and the success of the organization.

The Faith-Rooted Organizer will support EBASE’s campaigns and projects for tenants protections, immigrant rights, workers’ rights and economic and racial justice by building committees of faith leaders; collaborating with unions, workers and community groups; and helping develop and execute faith-rooted strategies and tactics. The Faith Rooted Organizer works full time and reports to the Director of the Faith Alliance for a Moral Economy (FAME).

We are currently seeking an individual to work on our campaign as short term Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of 6 Outreach Workers who will be contacting thousands of Concord residents through door-knocking and texting. Our goal is to increase the civic engagement of Concord residents and provide them with resources about COVID-19 labor laws, vaccination updates, and other related resources.

We are currently seeking to fill positions for Outreach Team Members. The Outreach Team will be responsible for contacting thousands of residents through door-to-door canvassing and text banking. We’re looking for people to join our exciting outreach campaign increasing community engagement and spreading COVID-19 safety and awareness in Concord. We are building a team of community members to educate and mobilize residents around COVID-19 safety, rights, vaccine information, and how to get more involved in their neighborhood.
