Join us for EBASE’s Annual Event!

Celebrate the Resistance for Roof, Rights & Refuge

Like generations before us, we shall overcome the current attacks on our communities. Our solidarity, commitment, and resilience stand stronger than ever, and we draw on the power of our ancestors who fought and won in the face of incredible odds.

Join us over light appetizers, music, and drinks to celebrate the humanity of all people. Let’s nourish each other for the Resistance and recommit to bringing our brilliant minds, compassionate hearts, and divine spirits to the movement we cherish.

We will honor:

  • Reverend Deborah Lee, Interfaith Movement for Human Integrity, for her uncompromised fight for immigrant communities.
  • Dr. Steven Pitts, UC Berkeley Labor Center, for his incredible leadership in uplifting black workers.
  • Judy Belk, California Wellness Foundation, for her philanthropic leadership in support of low-income communities of color.
  • SEIU-USWW, for their groundbreaking organizing of women, immigrant janitors who blew the whistle on sexual assault on the job.
