  • White People Must Fix White People

White supremacy is not an “alt” movement. It is internalized by everyone and embedded in our economy.

  • Ban the Box for Racial Justice

Only 5% of African-Americans with a criminal record get called back by employers. "Ban the Box" provides a fair chance to advance.

  • Immigration Wins in Contra Costa County

Concord City Council votes unanimously to support immigrant safety & denounce hate speech against Muslims and LGBTQ people.

  • FAME: Resistance Through Faith

The Faith Alliance for a Moral Economy calls on people of faith to Resist – to become the justice the world needs.

Fair Development

As development booms and housing costs skyrocket, EBASE is ensuring that large projects meet the needs of low-income workers and communities of color. Public land must serve public good, so we organize for development that preserves diversity and creates opportunity for local workers.

Good Jobs

EBASE is changing the expectation of work by creating an economy where everyone's contributions are valued. Our campaigns for living wages, fair scheduling, and paid sick days are raising the floor on low-wage work. And we're expanding access to good jobs by creating training opportunities and fighting hiring discrimination.

Immigrant Rights

With federal policies dividing families and communities, it’s time to stand up to fear like never before. EBASE is fighting for policies that keep immigrants safe by expanding sanctuary policies in our neighborhoods and workplaces. Immigrant rights are essential to all of our campaigns for economic justice.

You are awesome Kristi!

Yea! Congratulations!

In honor of Kristi, I dug up this photo from when Arief was a couple of months old and she was at an action in December in the cold. December 2010.

Super honored to still work at EBASE and be in the struggle with so many amazing and courageous folks. Thanks for the shoutout!

She is a great sister of labor! Love you Kristi Laughlin
