Community Benefits
EBASE's Community Benefits Program works to ensure that low-wage families benefit from economic development projects in their communities by ensuring that benefits like affordable housing, living wage, and local hiring are included in the projects.

Interfaith Organizing
EBASE sponsors two interfaith organizations committed to supporting the struggles of low-wage workers: the East Bay Interfaith Committee for Worker Justice (ICWJ) and Seminarians for Worker Justice (SWJ).

Living Wage
EBASE wins and enforces living wage and workplace standards policies for cities across the East Bay that raise wages and ensure the creation of quality jobs for low-wage workers.

Workplace Immigrant & Civil Rights
EBASE co-convenes the Worker Immigrant Rights Coalition (WIRC), a growing alliance of more than a dozen bay area labor unions and worker organizations organizing toward a shared vision for full labor rights for all workers and healthy and inclusive communities. WIRC mobilizes against immigration raids, stands up to employer intimidation, and builds unity within the labor movement for a just and compassionate immigration reform.
